When a buyer accepts the goods on Fertstock, the process is designed to be straightforward and secure. After receiving the products, the buyer has three to five working days to inspect them and ensure they meet the agreed-upon specifications. If the buyer is satisfied and accepts the goods, they notify Fertstock.
Once the acceptance is confirmed, Fertstock will process the payment transfer to you, the seller, within five working days. The payment will be released minus the standard transaction fee, completing the sale. This efficient process ensures that both buyers and sellers have a reliable and smooth transaction experience on our platform.
